After much speculation that Dielman would retire, then wouldn’t, then would again. Kevin Acee of the UT-SD just tweeted, “There will be a press conference Thursday to announce Kris Dielman’s retirement.” Sad day for Bolts fans. But mad props to Dielman for putting his family and quality of life before football. All this after suffering a concussion and seizure last October. I know he hates that he has to do this… but he has to do this. He was a damn good lineman and a great football story. Good luck to you, Kris… you’ll be missed.
