That’s unfortunate… I’m sure Barry’s not so bad.

Ended up being a great game last night… saw this photoshop job and felt it worthy of posting. Good stuff. Fitzpatrick’s beard is other worldly…. so is the play of JJ Watt. Dude is insane.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I love this. I need this puppy blown up into poster size for my garage. And I need about a dozen of these trading cards.
I don’t know the origin of Felipe Rios, but I’m guessing someone on the Chargers sub-reddit first created him. I’ve seen variations of it floating around the internet for over a year. If anybodys know who first created it, hit me up. As for the origin of the photograph, I immediately recognized the image they used from an old ESPN the Magazine cover…
That magazine was from December 4, 2006. Here’s the best mock-up I’ve seen.
Question, do people think this is racist? With San Diego so close to Mexico, a huge contingent of the Chargers fan base is Hispanic. “Felipe Rios” is obviously the literal translation of Philip Rivers into Spanish, and he’s wearing a sombrero and they gave him a handlebar mustache and sideburns, so I understand how some people could be sensitive to that. I’m not sure. I certainly don’t think so, I think it’s hilarious and I love it… but then again, I’m not Mexican.
Oh, and if you’re wondering who the quarterback was for the Chargers for that 1971 Topps card above… wonder no more.

What! Dumb & Dumber onesies on sale at Target. Need these. Great find by @RJsFro pic.twitter.com/NYG8UlDg21

Love it. I know these are probably designed to be winter time pajamas for adults loungin’ around the house, but it’d be pretty great just to walk around on Halloween wearing them with your spouse…. especially if these are your kids.

C’mon… that’s just gross. Don’t do that. You’re grandparents!
This, on the other hand, is still my favorite fan modified Packers jersey.

That is Richard Marshall’s custom gold Bentley. I wrote all about the transformation of his custom Bentley here.
Has he sold it to teammate Eddie Royal? Check out the license plate on this gold Bentley spotted at Qualcomm Stadium.
So Richard Marshall sold his custom gold Bentley to Eddie Royal? Check the plates. #Chargers (ht @socaltrav, @CT2SD) pic.twitter.com/xrn78Kt4ES

In addition, here’s some video of the Bentley on 1-15 with the Eddie Royal plates. Sure looks like Eddie bought it from him. Technically, there’s a couple different scenarios that could be at play here… Eddie Royal bought an exact replica of Richard Marshall’s Bentley? Marshall just gave it to him? Or finally… Richard Marshall is just next-level stalker obsessed with Eddie Royal and is paying tribute to him? Also, what do the plates mean? Obviously a play on Eddie’s name and number 11… but is he always open like 7Eleven or something? I dunno. *update* – or the plates are standard issue and mean nothing!?
@LobShots @EddieRoyalWR @TheMarshall31 Plates don’t mean anything. That’s standard issue CA plate. 7EXXXXX would be within the last 6-9 mos.

In conclusion… who cares.

Last week’s viral photo of King Dunlap dwarfing Eddie Royal put his name on the map. Ricky Henne first tweeted out the photo taken by Chargers team photographer Mike Nowak. This week? Well, King Dunlap almost knocked a man’s head off.
Even if you’re in the NFL, what’s going through your head when you decide to pick a fight with a dude listed at 6-foot-9, 330 pounds?
Great win by the Chargers… look for a complete Vine recap later today.

Olbermann lives in New York, right? Head on a swivel, sir. The Bronx is coming for you.
Not sure I needed a complete annihilation of Jeter like that, but I do find it laughable when I hear people saying Jeter was a better Yankee than Ruth, Gehrig, Dimaggio or Mantle. Laughable.
Yeah, Jeets!
